Refund Policy

At Bastian Accounting, we pour a whole lot of expertise, time, and accountant-level magic into every digital product and membership we offer. Because of the immediate access provided at purchase, all sales are final across our digital products and membership subscriptions.

Digital Products – No Refunds

All digital products (including templates, guides, spreadsheets, workshops, and downloadable trainings) are delivered instantly at checkout. Since you gain full access to the materials right away, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital purchases.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, we’re always happy to help you determine whether a resource is right for you.

Membership – Cancel Anytime (No Refunds)

Memberships can be canceled anytime using the cancellation form located inside the membership portal. Once submitted, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date.

Because all content, trainings, and resources are immediately available upon joining, we do not offer refunds for membership fees, including partial-month refunds or prorated amounts.
